Rental Terms & Conditions Agreement

Blutrel Rental ('Owner') and the customer ('Renter') agree to the following terms for all equipment rentals:

Rental Period: 4 hours constitutes a half-day; 8 hours constitutes a full-day. Weekend rates apply from Saturday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM.
Payment: Full payment and security deposit are due at checkout. Deposits cover damages, cleaning, or late fees.
Maintenance: Renter accepts gear in good working order. Items must be returned clean and refueled to avoid service charges.
Liability: Renter assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage. Owner is not liable for injury or property damage during use.
Usage: Equipment must be used according to manufacturer safety guidelines and local laws.
